AFRIDERM creates every product with care and passion. Should you choose to return a product that was purchased online ( www.Afriderm.com, Google Shopping, Google AdWords, AFRIDERM LP, etc.) , we will happily refund the original credit card, PayPal account or original debit card if brought to our attention via e-mail within 14 days of purchase. Returns or exchanges of opened products are at the discretion of AFRIDERM Customer Service department.

Purchases made on AFRIDERM website can be returned by mail, and must be unopened and in sellable condition. The sale receipt or invoice is required with the returned items. For more information contact returns@AFRIDERM.com.

Damaged Goods

If your item is damaged, faulty, or different to how it was described follow these easy steps:

  • Take a photo of the item/s
  • Send the photo to returns@Afriderm.com along with a proof of purchase.
  • Our customer care team will contact you to arrange the return of the product. Once the item/s have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new items, or a refund for the cost of the purchase. Refunds will be issued directly to the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase. Email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.  Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to process.
